  9. NewsCoaster is an offline newsreader, which requires MUI. NewsCoaster is shareware, and
  10. the unregistered version if limited to viewing a maximum of two newsgroups. Please see
  11. the documentation for details on registering.

  18. - New 'supersede message' item, to overwrite your old posts on a newsserver
  19. - New statistics feature!
  20. - Better multithreading when download news; items appear as soon as they are
  21.   downloaded; you can delete messages whilst downloading too
  22. - Option to download news for the currently selected newsgroup
  23. - Very simple ARexx port (more commands to come!)

  63.  - Bug fix - now when you change the ordering of the groups list, NewsCoaster doesn't
  64.    reread in the messages for groups unnecessarily.

  68.  - New killfile - will detect a number given as the last word in Subject, eg, 'Make
  69. lots of money 1206' Such numbers usually indicate an advert or other off-topic
  70. announcement. You can now tell NewsCoaster to avoid these (when the number is 100 or
  71. greater).
  72.  - Recognises '|' as a quoting character (before was just '>', ':' and '!').
  73.  - Bug fix when copying from a view window and pasting into a write window.

  76.  - Added 'Deleted' folder.

  78.  - When a new message is created, the folder no longer changes to 'Outgoing' (thus
